Free crochet pattern for a Jigglypuff Pokemon amigurumi. There is a lot of crochet patterns for Jigglypuff online but I wanted the curl to look different.
Hook: US size G/6 (4.25 mm). Or hook necessary to obtain gauge.
Notions: Yarn needle; white and blue felt; white puffy paint; black sewing thread and needle. Glue gun for attaching eyes (optionally sew the eyes on with thread and needle instead).
This is a free crochet pattern for a cute crochet baby dress. I originally designed this dress for Crochet One Skein Wonders Baby Book, but it was sized for newborn and 3 month old only. My almost one year old baby girl really “needed” a crochet dress (yes, I have a problem, I can’t stop crocheting for her ;)), so I sized it up to fit 9-12 month old as well.
The pattern in the book is called Pretty in Pink, p.89.
The dress is worked from the top down. The buttoned front piece makes dressing easier, and the buttons add charm.
Sample Shown in: I Love This Cotton (100% cotton; 180 yds [165 m]/3.5 oz [100 g]): #258 pistache (MC), 2 skeins, #80 antique gold (CC),1 skein.
Hook: US size G/6 (4.25 mm). Or hook necessary to obtain gauge.
Notions: Yarn needle, four 0.5″ buttons.
Gauge: 15 dc and 8 rows = 4″ in double crochet. Two pattern repeat and 7 rows = 3.5″ in skirt pattern.
Note on gauge: If you just want to make a baby dress and do not have the particular size in mind, then proceed without checking the gauge. To achieve specified sizing, check your gauge.
